This policy explains what data the game Parché RD (the "app") uses, why, and how you can delete it. Controller: the developer of Parché RD. Contact: support@nabinetus.com.
Data we use
- Device identifier: to create your guest account without asking you for anything.
- In-game profile: the name, avatar and color you choose, your level, stats and progress (coins, items, missions), stored on our server so you don't lose them.
- Google account (optional): if you choose to link it, we receive your Google ID, name, email and photo, only so you can recover your progress on another phone.
- Friends and online games: your friend code, friends list, the rooms you play in, your moves, and your ranked and tournament points.
- Voice and video (optional, private rooms only): if you turn on your microphone or camera, your audio and video are sent live to the other people in the room. We do not record or store calls.
- Notifications: an identifier to send you game alerts (friend invites, friend requests and prizes). You can turn them off in your phone settings.
Why we use it
Only to run the game: saving your progress, playing online with other people, showing ranked and tournament tables, and sending you game notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for personalized advertising.
Who we share it with
- Other players: they see your name, avatar, friend code, your moves and, if you turn them on, your voice and video.
- Service providers that run the game: Oracle Cloud (our servers), Google Firebase (notifications) and Google (sign-in with Google).
How long we keep it
For as long as you keep your account. Server backups are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13. Voice and video rooms are only between people who invite each other with a code or are friends. If you are a parent and believe your child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and deleting your account

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the game.
